You are the athlete. We are the guide.

Most people hear about peptides and GLP-1s online. We help you make sense of them in real life.

There is no shortage of hype around peptides, fat-loss injections and recovery protocols. The hard part is knowing what is medically appropriate for your body, and how it fits into training, sleep and nutrition. Fit 901 pairs certified coaches with licensed medical providers so you can work through that with a plan instead of guesswork.

What Fit 901 does

Coaching

  • Coaches your training, and adjusts it around how the therapy is actually affecting you
  • Builds the nutrition and habit plan the therapy is supposed to be supporting
  • Tracks strength, conditioning and body composition over time
  • Keeps you accountable week to week, and stays in sync with your medical team
What the licensed medical provider does

Medicine

  • Reviews your history, medications and labs, and decides whether any therapy is appropriate
  • Writes the prescription, sets the dose, and chooses the route of administration
  • Monitors side effects, labs and response — especially through dose changes
  • Decides when to change, pause or stop a therapy

Fit 901 does not practise medicine. We do not diagnose, prescribe, dose, or decide who qualifies for any therapy.

The Fit 901 plan

  1. 1Clarify your goals — fat loss, strength, recovery, or overall health
  2. 2Review your history and labs with a licensed medical provider
  3. 3Design a plan that may include therapy alongside training, sleep and nutrition
  4. 4Monitor progress with ongoing coaching and medical oversight
  5. 5Adjust as needed so the plan stays safe, sustainable and effective

Why people ask us about this

Under a provider's care, peptide therapy and GLP-1 medications may support training, body composition and metabolic health. Your plan, your dose and your eligibility are always determined by a licensed medical provider.

Performance & strength

When appropriate, peptide therapy may support:

  • Muscle recovery between hard training sessions
  • Lean muscle support alongside resistance training
  • Joint comfort for an active life
  • Daytime energy and sleep quality, as part of a full plan

Weight management with GLP-1s

When prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider, GLP-1s may help:

  • Support healthy weight management
  • Improve satiety and appetite awareness
  • Support metabolic health alongside movement and nutrition
  • Create momentum for change you can actually sustain

Recovery & longevity

With medical guidance, recovery peptides can be one part of a strategy to:

  • Support tissue repair and resilience
  • Protect training days by reducing downtime
  • Encourage healthy sleep and stress management
  • Line up short-term performance with long-term health

Peptides are not a replacement for high-quality training, nutrition or sleep. They are advanced tools that have to be used carefully, and most of the result still comes from the boring, consistent work.

A clear, medically guided path

Every protocol is personalized, medically reviewed, and built around your real schedule, stress and training load.

Important safety information

The part of this page we would rather you read twice.

All medications, including GLP-1s and peptides, require a prescription and are not appropriate for everyone.
The licensed medical provider reviews the risks, the benefits and the alternatives before recommending any therapy.
We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary with adherence, health history and lifestyle.
This page is educational. It is not a substitute for personalized medical advice.

Where it comes from matters

If medication is ever part of your plan, it should come from a licensed medical professional working with a properly licensed U.S. pharmacy. A great deal of what is sold online is labelled “research use only” or “not for human consumption”, or comes from gray- and black-market sources with poor quality control. That is not a risk worth taking, and it is not a risk we will help anyone take.

What this costs, and who you pay

Three separate costs, and they do not all come to us. Knowing that before the call is better than discovering it after.

Your Fit 901 coaching

Quoted on your discovery call, based on the level of coaching and support you choose. Nothing about the therapy changes how we price coaching.

The telehealth consultation

Paid directly to the licensed provider, not to us. See the note below for the exact amount.

The medication itself

Varies by medication, dose, pharmacy and insurance. Some medications are covered for diabetes but not for weight management. The medical partner's staff can give you an estimate and help with prior authorisation.

Your prescription is written by a licensed provider, not by Fit 901. You pay that provider a $20 telehealth fee directly for your consultation. It is separate from what you pay us and is not included in your program price.

Questions, answered

Candidacy, side effects, monitoring, cost and privacy — the twelve questions people actually ask before they book.

Disclaimer

This page provides general information only. Individual recommendations, diagnoses and prescriptions come from a licensed medical partner after a medical evaluation. All medications are delivered to your door directly from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Discuss your personal risks and options with your provider before starting any therapy.

Your next right step

Fifteen minutes, confidential. We'll get clear on your goals, explain exactly how coaching and the medical side work together at Fit 901, and tell you your best next move — whether or not that involves us, and whether or not it involves any medication at all.

Booking a call does not commit you to anything. Whether any therapy is appropriate for you is a decision only a licensed medical provider can make, after evaluating you.
